P.C box girder bridge long-term sustained action such as sun radiation, theinfluence of the temperature change at any time with all the time.But due to poor heatconduction performance of concrete material, concrete surface and within the largertemperature difference, internal form a larger temperature gradient in box girder.Due toignoring the influence of temperature on concrete box girder, design there are someserious cracks think for P.C without tensile stress in box girder bridge has been verycommon, and even forced to shut down the repair of Bridges, caused significanteconomic loss.This paper by finite element software ANSYS to establish model, inference boxgirder in the heating process in each section of the space temperature effect,temperature field and deformation variation law, and then to P.C test box girder as theresearch object, ANSYS model with the measured data after comparison and analysis,get under artificial light to simulate the sunshine temperature difference, the box girdersection space change rule of temperature effect, temperature field and deformation.Finally through research on some bridge under solar radiation in different verticaltemperature and stress changes in the value of the section, and compared with previousconclusion, further verify the P.C of box girder under the sunshine temperaturedifference change laws of temperature field and temperature effect.P.C box girder space temperature effect, temperature field and deformation, cracksin box girder design theory, control has very important significance.
