Along with it, the securityissues of tunnel construction process has also caused common concern, such as gasexplosion, exceed limit of harmful gas and fire disaster. Therefore, exploring how tomonitor these disasters caused by environmental factors and how to take measures todeal with and control them leaded by excessive environmental indicators are extremelyimportant for tunnel construction, especially in monitoring work.High gas highway tunnel monitoring system is a multidisciplinary huge system,and it combines a variety of techniques of tunnel construction, software development,communication, computer and other technology. This paper researches high gashighway tunnel. First, it introduces monitoring features of high gas tunnel in term ofsecurity construction. Second, it analyzes several aspects of tunnel safety monitoringproject which including general layout scheme, personnel positioning management, gasmonitoring and data management. Third, it proposes a monitoring solution of high gastunnel safety construction based on wireless transmission.This paper analyzes the characteristics of tunnel construction environment, thedifference between highway tunnels and mines, and the basis of establishing monitoringsystem in detail. It considers the actual situation of gas tunnel construction,andproposes a tunnel safety monitoring method which combined with local monitoring andremote monitoring. When a low-level security incident occurs, monitoring software userissues control instructions to drive tunnel construction site equipment to control. Whena high-level security incident occurs, senior managers find out the danger situation andmake decision, command field work remotely by3G remote terminal equipment,shortening the rescue time. Meanwhile, in order to better monitor and manage the tunnelconstruction workers’ operating, using radio frequency technology to locateconstruction workers by2.4G wireless network transmission in the tunnel constructionmonitoring system.Monitoring and measuring tunnel field work is an important part of New AustrianTunneling Method. The study of tunnel construction monitoring system meets the highgas tunnel construction’s need, but also the development trend of the tunnel informational construction. |
