With the development of transportation in recent years and the increase of thehighway transportation,asphalt surface load increases year by year,by pavement damagephenomenon also is more various,the failure of permanent deformation and fatiguedamage has become more severe two failure mode.To alleviate road early damagephenomenon,the high modulus asphalt mixture has become more focus on currenttopics,because of the mixtures modulus than ordinary mixture has a higher modulus, inhas the good ability to resist permanent deformation at high temperature, the fatigueperformance of mixture are promoted. Application combining with Shi Suo expresswayin Yunnan province, in the test section of the middle and lower layer using highmodulus asphalt mixture, modulus of materials, permanent deformation and fatiguecharacteristics on system analysis, to improve the quality of pavement in our countryhas a guiding significance to the reality.In this paper, the mixture of viscoelastic theory combined with experimental results,add different additive quantity of the mixture were compared with normal mixtureperformance, and then through the model analysis of different permanent deformationand fatigue properties of mixture, ultimately through the forecast formula of variousmaterial considering the temperature and load calculation under the condition of thesuccess and the expected life. Specific analysis of the content is as follows:Mechanism of additives in the mixture of high modulus, softening under hightemperature, additives in the aggregate under the action of collision and shear pie, flakeand flocculent, had embedded squeeze effect in the mixture, the reinforcement effectand improve cement properties. By dry method and wet method contrast experimentalvalue is put forward in the preparation of high modulus mixture mixing method.Of high modulus asphalt mixture under four kinds of temperature of ninefrequency the dynamic modulus of the results were analyzed, and the mixture of glasstemperature Tg by calculation is deduced high modulus asphalt mixture under the30℃dynamic modulus master curve of the displacement factor, then analysis the differentdosage of viscoelastic properties of high modulus asphalt mixture.Permanent deformation forecast model is set up, through the calculation oftemperature distribution of Shi Suo highway, axle load distribution, and the size of thedeviatoric stress and creep compliance, the superposition method is adopted to estimate the permanent deformation of the testing life, analyzes the influence of different dosageof pavement life of permanent deformation.Of different dosage of mixture fatigue life forecast and analysis, the results showthat high modulus asphalt is slightly greater than the fatigue life of asphalt pavement,and the fatigue life with the increase of additive content showed a trend of growth, buthas a maximum lifespan.Done.the situation, combined with experiment of high modulus asphalt pavementconstruction process, is paved by field observation and control, to master the highmodulus asphalt pavement construction quality control method, provides basis andreference for future promotion.
