The contradiction between the growing demand for energy and energy shortage environmental pollution problems, make the development and utilization of clean renewable energy becoming the focus of the world. Solar energy is a new clean and renewable energy, is a common, harmless, large and permanent energy.On the other hand, building energy consumption is very great, how to improve building energy efficiency is a concern. Solar building integration (BIPV) can be very good to improve building energy, which is one field of the solar energy application. Many developed countries in the world are researching and developing the solar building integration, and also give the new industry a lot of policy support, which making the application of solar building integration have a rapid development. For conventional power could not be delivered to the region, stand-alone photovoltaic power generation system is particularly important, it can solve the people’s demand for electricity, so the research of stand-alone solar building integration technology has great application value. The paper is divided into two parts, one part present the characteristic parameters of solar cells, which provide theoretical basis for the following study, the other part focus on solar power generation control system, such as the maximum power point tracking (MPPT), area equivalent method based on SPWM technology, the AC voltage sampling algorithm, parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID technology and so on, the purpose is to improve the efficiency of power generation and can quickly provide stable voltage when load changes. Based on the characteristics of solar battery voltage parameters, combined with the advantages of constant voltage method and incremental conductance method, giving a reasonable voltage value as the initial voltage of maximum power point value, the system can track the maximum power point more faster. From the angle of voltage and resistance value, analyzes the shortcomings of the Boost chopper circuit and Buck chopper circuit when use to track maximum power point, propose the method of maximum power point realization which based on the Cuk circuit, and gives a specific analysis and detailed flow chart. Combining with single-chip technique and the equivalent area method Calculate the sine table, gives the detailed software design method and SWPM test output waveform. Using root mean square algorithm for AC sampling, design a sampling circuit and a sample holding circuit, gives the complete process of sampling algorithm realization. Combining with the advantages of PID technology and fuzzy control, propose the parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID control method, using fuzzy method adjust the proportional and integral parameters on-line, which makes the system have better dynamic and static response process, gives the design method and the detailed steps, parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID can better deal with the load voltage variation and output stable value. Design a kilowatt solar power system, give the mainly hardware circuit and software design, which provide a reference value for practical application.
