The Analysis And Test Study On The Influence Of The Engine Combustion Process To The Exhaust Temperature

With social car ownership increased year by year, China’s energy demand has continued to increase. In order to save the oil energy and reduce the dependence on imported oil, ethanol gasoline has been vigorously promote used. From the ethanol gasoline was introduced into the market up to now, the difference of performance and emissions about gasoline and ethanol gasoline used on engine has received extensive attention of the society. In the cold winter of northern China, when cars are driven in urban road, the exhaust pipe drop of water would led to the road is icy, that bring inconvenience to traffic. So exhaust temperature and water problems become the focus of controversy. In this paper, the physical and chemical properties of ethanol gasoline and gasoline were considered, through the contrast test of engine exhaust temperature the factors which affect the exhaust temperature were analyzed.First of all, the physical and chemical properties of gasoline and ethanol gasoline were analyzed. According to the combustion parameters different, the air-fuel mixture caused due to the different fuel composition than the difference of the combustion process parameters was analyzed. Then the influence that engine burning gasoline and ethanol gasoline on exhaust temperature was analyzed.GT-POWER engine combustion process analysis software was used to establish the mathematical model of the engine. According to the combustion model that build by test engine, the working process of the engine was analyzed through simulation. On combustion process parameters air-fuel ratio and ignition advance angle of engine exhaust temperature etc are analyzed.Design test plan and build suitable under the environment of low temperature engine exhaust temperature measurement experimental system, under the working condition of engine idle speed, the engine burning gasoline and ethanol gasoline respectively under different rotational speed, the exhaust temperature of test, according to the results of the test of burning gasoline and ethanol gasoline engine exhaust temperature were analyzed, and the main factors of affecting the exhaust temperature is analyzed.
