| Internal-combustion engine, as commonly used installation, accounts for half consumption of petrol of the world. Since our world is now confronted with the energy shortage crisis and increasingly deteriorate environment contamination, many countries has begun the study and application concerned with automobile substitute fuel material, that is how to partly substitute hydrated ethanol petrol for petrol now commonly used as fuel of internal-combustion engine.KIVA-3V, advanced by American national laboratory, Los Alamos, is a international advanced programming set simulating the working process of internal-combustion engine and not only is it capable of directly displaying flow distribution information and burning consumption process within internal-combustion engine ,but it is also able to make further research about parameters according to varying needs so as to supply theory support for technological reform of internal-combustion engine.This research, as the significant part of research of the core technology of alcohol gasoline and emplary production belong to Chongqing's Science and Technology commission, based on KIVA-3V programming set, use JL368Q , a double fuel material internal-combustion engine, as simulation subject and make a series of research: make some software transplantation about the programming set and add nature parameters of hydrate ethanol petroleum of E30W,E50W to main programming database after intensive reading about operation process of KIVA and its structure formation; according to computers'need, rewrite some software instructions and composite a programming process connecting OTAPE9 and FIELDVIEW, a kind of professionally smoothing and visual software, so as to provide a variety of flow distribution information and more direct and in-detailed analyzing simulation results.By use of grid established on JL368Q , a double fuel material internal-combustion engine, this paper displays the simulation results of E30W,E50W and the process of petrol burning . After obtaining the every gas cylinders'relationship of gas pressure , temperature and constant changing NOx andCO according to changing axis angle of crankshaft, this paper come to useful conclusion through analysis of three kinds of fuel material.In the meanwhile, this paper obtains the results of interacting relationship of different gas cylinders',gas pressures and their own temperatures changing with axis angle of crankshaft and individual exhaustion distribution features of NOx,CO,CO2 from different fuel material after deep research of variable parameters of petrol and hydrated ethanol petroleum and research of gas pressures, temperatures and exhaustion law with the change of axis angle of crankshaft from three different gas cylinders after changing the time of fire, ignition advance angles and load. What's more, these papers compares the simulation results between petrol and hydrated ethanol petrol and analyze them and finally come to result which may shed applicable light into the real world. |
