| In view of the high cost of gear manufacturing and the test ofequipment, the paper puts forward a new kind of large gear wear testing method.Firstly,the paper deduces the equation of the involve of the gear, so that thecoordinate system can be unified. Though the finite element software, the paper analysisout of the maximum stress position and the largest deformation position of the gear, thenreconstructing the gear modal in Solidworks. The paper calculate the pressure angle rangeof the gear wear area, then taking angle into the equation. We import the calculation dateand the testing date into the VB, through it the paper calculate the difference. Finally, thedifference is imported into the Matlab for the subsequent repair welding.This method is simple in theory, but the testing location and the transducer are twokey points that we must pay attention. At the testing position, we design a mechanicalform mathematical view. In the selection of the sensor, we choose a smaller laser sensor,while the laser sensor is carried on a high precision mechanical hand.After the final calculation, the paper get the smaller relative error of the repairing,this error verify the feasibility of the method, so that this method can repair the large gearsurface, improving the utilization ration of the equipment, reducing the cost of production,and also it is a promotion of our equipment manufacturing. |
