Planetary gear system because of the impact of their own structural characteristics as well as errors and external environmental factors, occur between the various components of the unbalanced force distribution system, thereby enabling faster gear damage, severe cases can cause the entire drive system in a non-normal operating state. For these reasons, on the basis of previous studies, two-stage planetary helical gear system lookout power growth sector as the main object of study, the work are: internal and external gear modal analysis, two single-stage planetary gear train modal analysis, modal analysis of a two-stage planetary gear train coupled, single-stage planetary gear train load characteristics were analyzed.First, according to Newton’s second law, the establishment of a planetary gear system dynamics model uses lumped parameter method, and do the research modal aspects and the basic parameters of the results with their gear outside within two meshing gears under way with ANASYS influence among its detailed analysis of the changes with the parameters.Secondly, vibration theory, the use of the software separately ANASYS two single-stage and two-stage planetary gear train coupled planetary gear train modal simulation, summed up their form and natural vibration frequency trends.
