Combined Cooling Heating and Power (CCHP) system is an energy solution of integrated cascade utilization for energy saving and emission reduction, whose total energy utilization rate is65%-85%. CCHP can be operated as an isolated energy supply system, but also can be integrated into public power grid, which is independent, flexible and safe.Current control system of CCHP is a semi-integrated, original on-off control and sequential control, which needs on-site worker to monitor. Besides, its operational control does not accurately follow the variation of actual load, which causes much waste of primary energy. So this paper proposes a DCS of CCHP system based on IOT, which is distributed control, low operation cost and high energy utilization rate.Main work and results of this paper are as follows:1) System measurement and characteristics analysis of a CCHP:work out the control requirement of CCHP based on the field measurement and characteristics analysis of a CCHP.2) A DCS of CCHP system based on IOT:based on IOT and DCS technology, this paper proposes a DCS of CCHP system based on IOT to meet the control requirement of CCHP, which includes control system, communication system and upper computer monitoring control software.3) Fuzzy PID control system of chilled water system of air condition of CCHP:one of the most important control objects of CCHP is chilled water system of air condition. Based on the analysis of current control strategy of chilled water system, this paper designs a fuzzy PID control system, and uses MATLAB to simulate it, then compares with PID control system.Based on the field measurement and characteristics analysis of a CCHP, this paper proposes a DCS of CCHP system based on IOT, and also designs a fuzzy PID control system as control strategy, in order to increase the automation level, reduce energy consumption, and improve the intelligent level and stability of control system.
