With the development of society,the progress of science and technology and gradual improvement of people’s living standard, the automatic control system of a variety of convenient to the beginning of life into the line of sight of people, the water level to single-chip microcomputer as the core of the control system is one which is practical, complete functions, advanced technology, to make people believe that this is the progress of science and technology. It made human beings understand, the development of the digital age will change human life, will quicken the development of science and technology.This paper designed a system based on general level as the site of the SCM. The system hardware design, software design and anti-interference design three aspects of the whole system is described in detail. System uses the FYC-3type float type water level sensor, detection and acquisition of level signal and output4~20mA current signal; application of low-power12bit sampling A/D converter AD7482, the simulated water level signal change is provided to the microcontroller processing for digital signal; the signal acquisition and processing; and adopt the control relay output control the pump stops, the system design of a four bit LED display real-time display of the water level, and the4X4keyboard with input parameters and some key role, give full play to the MCU performance.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly, the system design overall function goal for the water level monitor. System uses the FYC-3type float type water level sensor and AT89S8253SCM as the main hardware modules. The software uses the instruction redundancy, software trap and watchdog technique, the expected goal is makes the monitor can be stable and normal work in various harsh environments.Secondly, Described are used on the system design of the related technology and theory of knowledge.The detailed design of the microcontroller minimum system circuit, analog-digital conversion circuit, man-machine interface circuit, relay output control circuit, communication interface circuit. Thirdly, to strengthen the anti-jamming design of the system, and through experiments on the system feasibility is verified, and make analysis of the test results.In this paper, the design results:full water level monitor accuracy reached the expected target, suitable for most of the water system, and in the harsh environment remains stable work.
