The thesis is the study on measuring and monitoring instrument for respiratory andpulse adapting to the family. I found some old people even some middle aging peoplewere dead in the sleep through investigating in recently years, but their relative besidethem did not kwon the pitiful thing. For preventing to the suddenly grief, the peoplemeasured and monitored are sent to the hospital to protect now using by the complexmeasuring and monitoring instrument or we build the long-distance monitoring andmeasuring system. Then the situation was sent to the medical treatment center throughthe internet, this situation had appeared in the alien hospitals, it need the expensive costso it is not adapt to the common family. In the design of the measuring and monitoringinstrument for respiratory and pulse in this thesis, the signals of respiratory and pulse ofthe patients from the sensors can be measured and sent to the single chip microprocessor.The phone will be dialed to give an alarm with the language and the short-distance radiowave will be transmitted to give an alarm in time when unusual situations wereappeared.
