| Consumption and use of energy is a hot issue in today’s society, building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society has become an urgent goal of China’s current stage of development.China’s civil and public building energy saving has been underway, a series of standards and regulations has been promulgated. However, research and related specifications of industrial buildings energy saving are still little. In this paper, one web press workshop is abstracted to be the large space with large internal heat source model. According to its characteristics, one all room air conditioning system which make the whole space to be the air conditioning zone and one stratified air conditioning system was designed. Energyplus, energy simulation software, was used to simulate8760hours annual dynamic load and the of energy consumption of both air conditioning systems of web press workshop. Analysis of annual cooling load change over time shows that:throughout the year, there is the cooling load in every month, the extreme value appears in10July3:00, the size is394.2kW, cooling load per unit area of101.3W/m2,1January and July devices running all day long,cooling load fluctuation is smaller than other months cooling load. Cooling load in other months shows a significant seasonal rhythm and rise as outdoor dry bulb temperature. Analysis of annual heat load change over time shows:heat load concentrated in early February to mid-April and late September to the end of December, the extreme heat load appears in5February9:00, its size is122.2kW, per unit area cooling load is31.4W/m2. web press workshop run all day on January and July, the device heat dissipation is so large, so there isn’t heat load. During the rest periods of year, the heat load decreases with the temperature rise, seasonal characteristics is distinctive.Six typical operating conditions of cooling and heating load was selected, analysis diurnal diurnal variation curve internal heat source heat gain, outdoor dry bulb temperature known:there is of days which both have time with cooling load and the time with heat load, internal heat dissipation is the main factor of cold load and heat change, and the outdoor dry bulb temperature is the secondary one.Calculating all rooms air-conditioned and stratified air conditioning total annual cold and heat load values obtained that:total annual cooling load of stratified air-conditioned system is reduced by33.7%than the value of all rooms air conditioning system. The annual total cooling load of the net decrease of value is210MW. The total annual heat load of stratified air conditioning is larger12.4%than heat load of all room air conditioning one, the net increase in value of18.7MW, net decrease in cooling load is greater than the increase in the amount of heat load. Stratified air conditioning cooling load significantly reduced and heat load increased slightly, the total cooling load reduction. Analysis of energy consumption status shows that:the all room air conditioning web press workshop building total energy consumption is of2,361,000kWh, energy consumption of unit building area is606.4kWh/m2. The stratified air conditioning web press workshop building total energy consumption is of2,260,000kWh, energy consumption of unit building area is580.55kWh/m2. Using stratified air conditioning mode can reduce the total energy consumption of101,000kWh, saving4.3%. Web press workshop can saves58,200yuan, annually,so the entire printing can save466,000yuan a year, the energy saving prospects are very impressive, and the the proportion of primary energy consumption increases, energy structure is more reasonable.Stratified air conditioning energy consumption reduces total100,000kWh than the whole room air conditioning system, approximately13.7%chiller energy consumption reduction is83,000kWh, about47%; Since the non-air-conditioned area exist exhaust energy, fan energy consumption increased27,000kWh, an increase of about11%; pumps reduce energy consumption of13,000kWh, a decrease of approximately11.0%; boiler energy consumption increased by91,000kWh, about3%. For large industrial building space, stratified air conditioning is an energy-saving air-conditioning mode which is recommended. |
