Concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge is very competitive in the long span bridge, andis rised rapidly in the late20th century development. It has Solved the problem of theordinary arch bridge’s heavy dead-weight, construction difficulties, and been widely used inthe design of long-span bridges.Along with the development of the concrete-filled steeltubular arch bridge, construction control was introduced to the construction site, together withthe construction personnel responsible for bridge construction, to provide more protection forthe successful completion of the bridge.Nowadays,although the construction control has been recognized by many scholars, dueto its short time application in the concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge,there are still manydeficiencies and the lack of relevant experience in the construction control theory. Therefore,the level of construction control of concrete filled steel tubular tied arch bridge is still to beimproved.In this paper,taking example of the construction control of1-128m concrete-filled steeltubular long-span arch bridges of Urumqi river,using finite element analysis softwareMIDAS/Civil2010to establish finite element model, and then analyzed the construction stageof bridge. Taking beam linear of the bridge as the main line, analyzed different formssuspender’s influences to the main line. Through simulation of the suspender of differenttensioning order, tensioning tonnage and different damaged suspender, study their influenceson beam linear, and compared with actual measured beam linear.Firstly, tested the scene suspenders’cable force after tensioned by using vibrationfrequency method, analyzed the test results, come to the conclude that the results meet theerror range of corresponding specification, indicates the scene of Suspenders Tension meetsthe design requirements. Secondly,the analog of the original drawings boom tensionsequence with the field the actual measurement compared to the situation, both tie beamlinear trend, and the data is basically similar, indicating that the simulation accuracy andoperability.Finally, according to the results of suspender simulation of different tensioningorder, concluded that the original order beam linear is more appropriate, gentle and closed tothe design value, provides beneficial information for the smooth tensioning of the suspender;For suspender simulation of tonnage owe situation, gets the beam linear change rule, resultsshow big differences between the whole owe pull and individual owes, the influence of thewhole owe to pull a superposition of change trend, cause the largest harm to the bridge. Gotdifferent suspender damage on beam linear of data in the case of simulation suspenderdamage, including the middle suspender had the greatest influence on beam linear, almost affected the whole bridge, the influence of the first suspender is not very big, but beam linearinfluence line shows a decrease after the first increases, then decreases.The content of the article studies provides relevant data for construction control as wellas a reference for similar bridge type.
