| With the rapid development of China’s high way and rail way, more long span bridges were needed to span great rivers and bays. PC continuous beam bridge emerged as required and has been developed fleetly in recent years. There are a few the construction methods of the PC continuous beam bridge. Among these methods, cantilever installation and cantilever casting have been used widely. This construction method results in the complex change of the internal forces and displacements in the bridge. For ensuring the quality and safety of the construction. the construction control is indispensable.Through the analysis and summary of the development of continuous beam and the develop mental tendency of the construction control techniques in our country and abroad, the paper gives the study of the construction control techniques for long—span pre-stressing concrete continuous beam bridge.This paper bases on the actual construction control of concrete filled steel tube arch bridge with prestressed concrete continuous beam and arch bridge in Sha Bay. And main jobs as following:(l)On the concrete filled steel tubular arch of prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge construction contents, methods and features of the construction control,the paper analyzes the status of,and for the construction control of the structure analysis method comparison.(2)The prestressed concrete continuous girder computation and control.Control stress in every control section and bridge structure’S loaded behavior in the course key construction have been drawn through the calculation,which provides a basis for bridge construction and operation.(3)Deflection range in the course of cantilever construction has been determined through the calculation,which provides a basis for bridge construction control.(4)Based on the theory calculation,the system of cantilever continuous bridge construction control has been established, including, recognition and adjustment of design parameter in the course of construction analog computation, definition of method on deflection examination in every control section and fulfillment measures in the course of cantilever construction.(5)Concrete filled steel tube arch rib on the vertical rotating process in the most adverse conditions and tower component stability, the stability of the whole tower,the arch rib stability as well as the key node stress performance was theoretically calculated,in order to ensure the vertical transfer of structural and accurate closure of arch rib. |
