| As the demand for railway modernization development, CWR is getting great promotionand application in railway construction for its smooth ride and long service life. At present,more than98%of the railway line in China are CWR structure, and for the design of theexisting railway reconstruction, laying CWR is one of the most important task. Laying CWRis based on the field investigations, such as the mileage measurement and line survey, tolayout the rail, design the stress-free temperature and the special structure CWR,characterized with large amount of field investigations work, complex inside work, andprofessional.With the development of computer technology and related software systems, it is widelyused in the field of survey and design of the existing railway, and some of the domestic designunits have worked the development of the track distribution design software of CWR, thereare some initial results, but no available molding products to be applied. Combined with theCWR design practice in the Qinghai-Tibet line, Lanzhou-Xinjiang line, Longhai line, andBaotou-Lanzhou line, it is necessary to design a kind of fast and efficient computer-aidedtrack distribution design system to instead of the manual design.According to the site information, the papers research and develop track distribution andmapping system of CWR, relying on the engineering of laying CWR in Qinghai-Tibetrailway.And the papers have mainly completed the following aspects:(1) Template of strength and stability check calculationsAccording to the data of the main technical standards, locomotive type, air temperaturedata, and line geometry conditions, use the quasi-static calculation methods and the unifiedformula of CWR stability to solve the amplitude of the allowable temperature rise andtemperature drop of the design section.(2) Template of the calculation of the stress-free temperatureAccording to the allowable temperature rise and allowable temperature drop, andcombining with the local history extreme temperature conditions, determine the rational rangeof the design stress-free temperature. Give out the advice stress-free temperature based on theengineering needs.(3) Data entry and call templateUse Excel to provide field survey record template, and design algorithm to call templatedata, so that the program can directly call the Excel file to complete the work of trackdistribution design.(4) Template of the design and drawing of track distribution map Use VBA to re-develop AutoCAD, design the template of the drawing of the lines basicconditions, rail layout, calculations of the reduce amount, and the related text data entry. Bycontrolling the rail layout to achieve the algorithm of CWR design with different structuralforms.Inspected by the design of laying CWR in Qinghai-Tibet railway and Longhai line, thetrack distribution drawings generated by the software are more specific and reasonable, thesystem is more stable, requires lower computer hardware, and runs faster. This research andthe development of the system have a very important practical value for reducing the designworkload of CWR track distribution. |
