Front plate’s molding turret motion analysis, simulation and output solving a variety of response curves are established by ANSYS Workbench, and curve analysis is discussed and verified the forms and conditions of loading external load. Small box of film long side heat-sealing device in GDX2wrapper reliability is proved in the form of a rectangular pulse wave to ensure the production of high efficiency and equipment and harmful environmental factors down to the most low.The above improved small box of the long side heat-sealing device in GDX2film wrapper can be greatly improved the small box of hard pack packaging cellophane quality and their productivity at the same time the quality and appearance of the machine as little as possible the impact of packaging properties, and be set the foundation for the next engineering experiments.
