With the development of market economy, the packing of the product quality is not only affected the appearance of the product quality and sales, at the same time, the protection of product quality is also played a key role. In modern automatic production line of film heat-sealing on the implementation of product outsourcing is one of the core functions of modern packaging machinery. A small hard box product packaging is used for heat-sealing BOPP film sealing and protection, but due to the design and material reasons the product with poor heat-sealing effect (quality), film wrapping not tight, positive relaxation, side mouth wrinkle, ironing unequal defects, serious impact on the small box hard pack the appearance of the transparent paper quality. The packaging process of mechanical structural system is achieved to analyze and study the working condition of packaging process mechanism, and is explored due to poor organization design causes the packing quality in this paper.TRIZ (inventive problem-solving theory) technology system is used to analyze the long side heat-sealing device in GDX2film wrapper in this paper. The system of two pairs of technical conflict is determined by substances-field model of heat-sealing device, and two pairs of standard conflict is summarized as "the action time of the moving object","structural stability","harmful factors produced" and "the complexity of the device". The packaging core parts of the organization (the iron, curved tile board and molding turret) is improved by "Local quality","parameter changes","periodic" and "porous material" principles of the invention, so that the long-side heat-sealing device in the input rectangular pulse wave signal is got the best performance with the function of each part.Solid Edge is used to establish the core components of the packaging mechanism (the iron, curved tile board and molding turret) and their assembly parametric3D solid model. Front plate’s molding turret motion analysis, simulation and output solving a variety of response curves are established by ANSYS Workbench, and curve analysis is discussed and verified the forms and conditions of loading external load. Small box of film long side heat-sealing device in GDX2wrapper reliability is proved in the form of a rectangular pulse wave to ensure the production of high efficiency and equipment and harmful environmental factors down to the most low.The above improved small box of the long side heat-sealing device in GDX2film wrapper can be greatly improved the small box of hard pack packaging cellophane quality and their productivity at the same time the quality and appearance of the machine as little as possible the impact of packaging properties, and be set the foundation for the next engineering experiments.
