A Study On The Geopark Shared Values

It only takes a few years of time for Geopark from produce to arise. Based on the geological heritage, The Geopark shows the abundant geological heritage landscape, ecological biology, natural resources, cultural and history to our human, and also provides the enjoyment, scientific research and economic income for us. This paper on the premise of geological heritage value continue to increase from the perspective of stakeholders’construction and interaction with the Geopark to discuss how to protect and rationally utilize geological heritage resources in a common goal, and how to make the public can share the development of Geopark. This paper selects the Yunnan Shilin World Geopark as the research object, summarizes the related theories and practical experience of Shared values with domestic and other countries, and analyzes the basic properties of value for Shilin World Geopark. And then in view of Shilins uniqueness, it analyzing how to implement a scientific Shared interests and Shared responsibility in the development of Geopark. The papert is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction, explains the background, significance, related researches and technology roadmap. The second chapter defines the related concepts, summarizes the Shared values conception and the essential theoretical foundation of the paper. The third chapter introduces the geographical conditions, historical evolution, and management of protection system with Shilin world Geopark, emphatically analyzes the scientific value, ecological value, cultural value and economic value. The forth chapter takes the stakeholder mapping from the aspects of the "core","strategic", and "environment" to discuss the Shilin world Geopark stakeholders, discusses the value orientation of core stakeholders in the development of Geopark. The fifth chapter puts forward the Shilin world Geopark Shared values, and points out that each park stakeholder should take on responsibility in the Shared values. The sixth proposes measures to build Shilin world Geopark Shared values, they are protection priority, all-round action; take a long-term perspective, improve the tourism business model; revenue sharing, community participation in tourism development; measure effectiveness, build a platform to public scrutiny. The last chapter raises a conclusion and prospect.
