| The slumps and V-funnel test of Fresh Self-Compacting Concrete is simulatedwith CFD software based on Bingham model and Herschel-Bulkley model and thefollowing results are obtained combined with experiments:(1) The simulation of fresh SCC is feasible based on VOF model in CFD; SCCsimulation based on Bingham model and H-B model compared with experiment testsshows that SCC rheological properties is closer to those with H-B model.(2) Analyses from influence factors of outlet time from V-style funnel andslumps with dimensional method show that newly stirred SCC slump is related to Ï„0, Ï,g and height of V-style funnel from slump tests and including other factors fromV-funnel tests.(3) Relational expressions of newly-stirred SCC rheological parameters, slumpand outlet time from V-funnel are built fundamentally with SCC general slump testand â… -V style funnel test; precise formulations are obtained from modification ofrheological shapes and parameters beginning with rheological shapes with â…¡, â…¢-Vfunnel.Ï„=Ï·(300-Sl)/0286μ′=32.09T1+0.14Ï361.62(4) Analyses from rheological shapes in V-funnel show that: rheological shapesof SCC in V-funnel is related to material rheological parameters and characters ofV-funnel; power law index, yield stress show little influences on rheological shapes inV-funnel, Plastic viscidity shows certain influences on rheological shapes inV-funnel, sensitivity of rheological shapes in V funnel varies with plastic visciditywhen V-funnel slopes differs and its degrees is k=3, k=5, k=2by turns. |
