Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) has the characteristics of high powerdensity, simple structure, high efficiency, stable torque, fast response and so on. In recentyears, with the continuous improvement of the permanent magnetic materials performanceand the development of power electronic devices, as well as a variety of modern controltechnology is widely used, permanent magnet synchronous motor is widely used in ACservo system such as electric vehicles, CNC machine tools and so on, in particular, itsunique flux weakening capacity makes permanent magnet synchronous motor drive systemhave broad prospects for development.Through reading a large number of references and materials, familiar with themathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor and vector control theory, onthis basis, the paper respectively studies the linearization and decoupling of the permanentmagnet synchronous motor’s mathematical model, space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) control algorithm, motor speed and rotor pole position detection in theory. Then,using SVPWM modulation technology, simulating and designing a permanent magnetsynchronous motor vector control system. Finally, taking TI’s motor control special DSP-TMS320LF2406A as the control core, on the basis of domestic and foreign research results,realizing the dual closed-loop vector control system of speed loop, current loop based onid=0.The main content of this paper include: in terms of principles and theoretical analysis,presenting the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor and coordinatetransformation, including the mathematical model of the three-phase stationary coordinatesystem and the two-phase rotating coordinate system, the vector control principle, thecommon vector control strategy and SVPWM pulse width modulation technology as well asits DSP implementation; in terms of system modeling and simulation, establishing thedouble closed-loop vector control system Matlab simulation model of the permanent magnetsynchronous motor, mainly based on vector control strategy of id=0, giving the systemsimulation waveforms and conclusions; at the aspect of control system hardware design,mainly including the motor speed and rotor position detection, the inverter main circuit,over-current fault protection circuit and the current detection circuit; in terms of therealization of the system software, giving the overall flow and interrupt flow of the systemsoftware based on the TMS320LF2406A controller, highlighting the current A/D samplingmodule, the SVPWM production modules and dual closed-loop PI regulation algorithm software flow; Finally, debugging the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector controlsystem in the experimental platform based on TMS320LF2406A, testing the main outputwaveforms, acquiring the experimental results in line with the theoretical analysis,confirming the reliability and feasibility of the system design.
