In order to improve the energy utilization of electric cars, it becomes increasingly important to design better controller for brushless DC motors to and prolong the controller lifetime. In this thesis, a SVPWM ( Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation) based control method and its optimized energy management platform are designed to fulfill the requirement of a practical project. The platform can be used to standardize electricity management and data acquisitionor r&d and detection.Firstly, the structure of control system for electric cars is briefly introduced in this thesis. According to the characteristics of this control system, we determine the proper design scheme. Voltage space vector PWM (SVPWM) technology is the SPWM from the Angle of the motor. Voltage space vector is according to the voltage on the location of the winding to define. The three-phase motor stator winding can define a three-phase plane coordinate system, the system still have three axis, space position sent 120 degrees , each representing three-phase. Three-phase stator phase voltage Va,V b,V c on the three-phase winding, respectively, and then form three voltage space vector. And, the direction of the Va,V b,V c are always on their axes, the size of which over tme by regular changes regularly. Therefore, the synthesis voltage vector u of Va,Vb,Vc is to a power supply rotating speedĪ‰of the space vector.Secondly, a SVPWM based method is proposed for voltage control to improve the voltage utilization of the DC motor. The control method is implemented based on DSP. The experimental results show the advantage of the proposed method over the traditional SPWM based method. In the same dc bus voltage used SVPWM way, the output of the linear scope biggest base wave phase voltage amplitude is 0.98 times the power supply voltage of the original to the amplitude, and traditional SPWM output biggest base wave phase voltage is 0.85 times the power supply voltage of the original to the amplitude. Used SVPWM way effectively expands the inverter output base wave phase voltage of linear range, is 1.15 times of the SPWM, effectively improve the utilization rate of power supply voltage. In high performance full digital vector control system, the application of rapid DSP processors computing power and data processing power, space voltage vector PWM technology to achieve a more accurate, convenient, more close to ideal sinusoidal magnetic flux control. Finally, this hesis provides hardware and software implementation for electricity energy control management platform.The structure for the proposed SVPWM based control scheme is designed by LABVIEW including user interface and corresponding function modulations. LabVIEW Laboratory (and of ground Engineering) is a graphical programming language, it is widely industry, academia and research Laboratory acceptable, as a standard of data collection and instrument control software. Use of it can be convenient to build your own virtual instrument, the graphical interface makes programming and use process is lively and interesting. Graphical programming language, also known as "G" language, Using the language programming, basically don't write code, to be replaced by the flow chart. Use it as far as the technical personnel, scientists, engineers are familiar with the terms, ICONS and concept, therefore, LabVIEW is a tool for the end user. It can strengthen your building science and engineering system ability , provides realizing instrument programming and data collection system and convenient way. Using it to carry on research, design, testing principle and implement instrument system, can greatly improve the work efficiency. Use LabVIEW can give full play to the computer ability, a strong data acquisition and digital signal processing, analysis and data storage function.The SVPWM control scheme and the corresponding optimized management platform designed in this thesis has been applied in practice. It has been highly recognized and commented with good application evaluation.
