In recent years, the number of people who suffering from kidney disease isincreasing and have a younger tendency. At present blood purification is the maintreatment. In order to adapt to the high-speed development of blood purification inChina,enhance the level of blood purification in the treatment,make ensure patient’scare safety and get out of the predicament of foreign technology monopoly, amulti-channel blood purification parameter detection instrument is developed afteranalysis research situation at home and abroad. Main research works are as follows:(1) Research on methods of main parameters sensing and detectionThe main performance parameters of blood purification device are as follows:dialysis fluid conductivity, dialysis fluid temperature, static artery pressure, dialysateflow and dialysis liquid pH; It is necessary to master the five parameters precisionand optimalizing measurement methods through the theoretical analysis andexperimental contrast way.Then choose the suitable sensors.(2) Research on anti-interferenceIn order to guarantee the precision of the instrument and improve the stability, thepaper propose a relative anti-interference measure method based on the systematicstudy of hardware anti-interference techniques and software anti-interferencetechnology. It is mainly combine hardware anti-interference techniques with softwareanti-interference technology to strengthen the system anti-interference ability.(3) Design for hardware and software of calibration systemIn order to satisfy the requirements of instrument miniaturization and highperformance, the paper try to choose small package, high-performance integratedchip, reduce PCB acreage as far as possible,at the same time guarantee the systemstability in the calibration system design. The software and hardware of calibrationsystem are designed by modular thought.The software includes measurement, control,communication, display modules; The hardware includes host detection, modulusconversion, micro controller processing, display and transmission modules.(4) Mechanical design and assembly debugging of calibration instrumentIn hemodialysis machine calibration, dialysate is required to flow in the hemodialysis machine and the calibration instrument in order to realize each parameter’smeasurement. Therefore, it is necessary to design an external circuit to make dialysisflow in the circulation.The circuit connects four sensors and ensure the sensorssubmerged in the dialysate.It can prevent air and impurities from pollutingdialysate.It is easy-installed and easy-removed.It also play a role in protectingsensor.(5)The calibration of instrument and experimental analysisGet the linear relation betweent each sensor signal and it’s output voltage througheach sensor’s experimental calibration.
