This thesis is as basic research, according to the requirements of China’s satellite navigation time-frequency signal production and maintenance technology, Signal using DDS space-borne atomic clock output the10MHz signal after frequency processing to produce the stability of the high-frequency, high-resolution, low phase noise reference10.23MHz frequency. For the measurement of the phase difference of the master and slave clock signals, according to group phase synchronization concepts, the measurement resolution can be greatly improved through the phase coincidence between the reference frequency signal and the measured frequency signal detection method of constituting the measurement gate, eliminate the presence in the measuring method of the usually counted±1count error. The experiments showing, the method of wide range measurement resolution up to5×10-11/s,meet the low cost, wide range of application requirements.The reference frequency processing technology can be provided according to the Space-borne recorded satellite clock drift data, such as data according to the changes in temperature-frequency calculating adjustment signal, to ensure the stability of the reference frequency signal through control DDS. Due to the low cost, flexibility, a wide range of signal processing, can be widely used in the design of high-precision instruments, to fill gaps in China’s high-precision instrument designed to generate considerable social and economic benefits.
