According to the control requirements of water-source heat pump monitoringcontrol system of Xiangtan city center area, designed a set of water-source heat pumpSCADA system based on configuration software. The system consists of sensorsystem, collecting module system, centralized control system, industrialcommunication system, automatic control system, control center and other parts. It isa remote monitoring system with computer technology, automatic control technology,communication technology and sensor technology.The article introduces the architecture and the design method of the water-sourceheat pump SCADA system roundly. And PC monitoring system is introduced brieflyin this article, from the I/O communication module design, engineering, graphicdesign, variable set alarm design, historical events record design, user program design,web design and many other aspects. Then the main equipment selection and detaileddesign of main module circuit are introduced also.Combined with control configuration software, the system realized real-timemonitoring with the water temperature, electric auxiliary heating condition, energyconsumption and switch state of air conditioning unit, the water flow of user andwater pump running state. And the system realized real-time remote control of theelectric auxiliary heating equipment, air conditioning unit and water pumps also.
