Now, the issue of energy has become the focus of attention of the world, humans in order to meet the growing demands for the energy, and the Earth’s non-renewable resources dwindling, gradually increasing both contradictions, humans will face energy shortages. With the rapid development of China’s economy, the demand of energy is increasing, Energy conservation strategy for sustainable is our strategy in China,we have to establish the saving society. The energy consumption of building account for a large proportion of the energy consumption, the energy consumption of building has more than one-fourth of total energy consumption nationwide, and has continued to increase, so saving energy of building has huge potential.The energy efficiency of Building has become the important subject of the research topics, Western developed countries have accumulated extensive experience in building energy-saving, meanwhile some advanced technology be used, but our contury’s building energy-saving technology is still developing, there is still a large gap with Western countries, have a broad space for development. Residential buildings occupy a large proportion in China type, high energy consumption.
