| As a technical tactics, Green design has been widely used in manufacturing industry to save resource and reduce pollution, and continuous improving and reuse of product design knowledge is an important resource to keep enterprises and manufacturing industry with competitive advantage and sustainable development respectively.According to the integration of knowledge and key technology of green design, the design experience and skill of designer can be refined and the latest design knowledge can be used in green design of products. This kind of research can effectively reduce the development cycle and raise efficiency.So, knowledge based green design method would be a hot issue in production design field.Research status both at domestic and abroad has been reviewed, and necessity has been declared base on the research insufficiency. Based on ontology method, knowledge inferred in the green design process has been classified and ontology based production design knowledge model has also been established. With Rough set theory, green properties of products would be reduced, core found and cluster analyzed, and knowledge acquiring in green design knowledge sources is realized. Knowledge demand model of products green design has been established, and knowledge demand is changed to key words of users with some semantics. With semantic similarity as the matching principle, knowledge is searched in green design knowledge base to get the set of design cases with similarity satisfication. According to analyze and verdict the design cases in the set, best product design with comprehensive benefit of green performance would be got and reuse of green design knowledge has come to fulfillment. Finally, the green design process of soybean milk machine is used as example to verified the feasibility of the method. |
