Efficiency and energy saving is the development trend of modern compressor, linear compressor is the main object of study, this compressor is a new type of efficient compressor developed in recent years, compared to linear compressor and a reciprocating compressor driven by the rotating electrical machine, has the advantages of simple structure, less wear, low cost, low noise, high efficiency can be achieved.The linear compressor is the machinery exploitation resonant vibration principle by magnetism and mechanical spring, to improve the gas pressure by driving the piston reciprocation in straight line. At present, the linear compressor applied in miniature refrigeration realm such as hypothermia cryocoolers or refrigerator refrigeration, This article based on the idea to expand the application area of linear compressor, research the key technologies of the linear compressor possess relatively larger refrigerating capacity.Summarizes and analyzes the structure type and operational principle of the linear compressor for refrigerated, proposes a design approach of2kW cooling capacity linear compressor, which use R134a as refrigerant, Design and analysis its thermal system and electromagnetic system, offer the solution of the piston assembly, capacity regulation mechanism and valve design lectotype of linear compressor for refrigeration.According to the structure design and resonance principle of the linear compressor, establishes a mathematical model of the linear compressor dynamic systems. Focus on analyzes the gas force of the main nonlinear factors in the model. The direction of the piston movement as a criterion to distinguish between the compressor work process, making use of nonlinear saturation characteristics simplify the variation of gas force in the compressor operation cycle. Via the platform MATLAB/Simulink modeling simulation, the results show the above is feasible, and draw the conclusions of the back pressure variation impact on the efficiency of the compressorIntroduced the evolution of valve that the critical component in linear compressor, contrast to the commonly used types of valve, For linear compressor characteristics propose the selection and arrangement of the valve, design and check the important structural parameter of the intake valve and the exhaust valve.
