With the development of our manufacture, so does national economy, the scale of industry is becoming bigger and bigger, and so does industrial equipment. The more mass-products are, the more demands for transportation, so the requests for massive-products transportation are much more than before. The technique in our country is much poor than for other counties.To solve the question of structural design is very important for real life, not only can solve massive-products transportation problem, but also can offer some references for the future.This paper is a research for the bearing structure of massive-products transportation, the method is based on FE, optimization theory, and structural test. At first, using the software of UG and Hyperworks to establish the three-dimensional geometrical modeling and finite element analytical model on bearing structure, and then doing statical analysis and modal analysis on bearing structure which are in some working conditions, the result is that the structure which supports huge weight would be damaged, such as side place, top vertex and control tower. Second, doing structural test, then compared test data with simulation result, and it is found that simulation result is right. Finally, improving plan was put forward on ball bearing steels’flaw of side place, after improvement, every working conditions meets the request of load.
