Permanent eddy coupling is a new type of coupling linking the original motivation and work machine through the principle of electromagnetic induction. It requires no direct mechanical connection, but using the properties of magnetic field can penetrate certain space distance and physical material, and the vortex action of the alternating magnetic which the permanent is generated at run time to carry out the transfer of mechanical energy. The permanent eddy coupling is mainly composed of the following three parts:the active magnetic ring, driven ring and isolation plate between the two rings. Permanent eddy coupling achieved no mechanical connection transmission, solved the overload protection, master-slave shaft alignment, soft start, at the same time, it solved some problem such as transmission device in the sealing requirements.At present, the permanent eddy coupling on the market can be broadly divided into two kinds of radial and axial directions. The main research direction is how to improve the transmission torque of the permanent eddy coupling, but less studies in the smooth of transmission torque. Reference for chute structure of the motor rotor can make a high smooth in the startup, proposed applied rotor chute structure to the rotor chute deep grooves squirrel-cage induction magnetic coupling, and then get the inner rotor chute squirrel cage asynchronous magnetic coupling. The use of such a structure in the permanent eddy coupling can be greatly weakened the vibration and noise at startup.Permanent eddy coupling increasingly wide range of applications in all walks, it has huge market efficiency, it is necessary to further design and research in the device design and drive theory of the permanent eddy coupling.In this paper, the study of the permanent eddy coupling is on the basis of the radial magnetic couplings, using a chute structure to the inner rotor of the deep grooves squirrel cage induction rotor. Analyze the cogging torque and output torque, then accordingly the result optimize the structure, combined with further analysis of its eddy and drive efficiency, and eventually come to a complete analysis results.
