Abstract/Summary:
The metal-net rubber damping materials is a mesh structure woven by wire, a new typeof isolated-vibrated material with elastic rubber property. Because the metal wire has thecharacteristics of high-low temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, therefore, at thesame time the material has the properties of adapting to complex conditions, good dampingperformance, strong bearing ability and designable structure. Since its advent, metal-netrubber damping materials, by its superior attributes, has been widely used in national defensefield such as aviation, space flight and so on.In recent years, domestic researches in this fieldmainly focus on the preparation and the test of its characteristics. As there are no unified rulesto obey, the preparation method and properties vary across many institutions. Based on theprevious researches and associated with specific project indexes, I have developed thecorresponding metal-net rubber damping materials and also have carried out specificmechanics proformance test. In the production process, through the actual operation, we havebeen able to develop the metal-net rubber damping materials indepandently. In this paper, adetailed introduction of traditional preparation methods is made. At the same time, combingthe practical problems that may appear in the manufacturing process and put forward thespecific solution by detailed analysis. While preparing the metal-net rubber damping materials,this paper expounds the relations between properties and the relative density of material,material preparation technology, and the metal wire.To compare with the static test and the dynamic test based on some size of wire meshrubber of an import model, which has been used in practical working condition, offers the testdata applied in the practical working condition. The specific test contents are as follows:1. Take some size material of an import model as the sample and proceed the contrasttest according to different texture, relative density and different wire diameter.2. Do the static compression test and shearing test on the three groups materials. Firstly,do the compression test. By analysing the compressed hysteresis loop of different amplitude,we can get diferent parameters that have effect on the material stiffness and analyse theprocess that appears linearity, soft characteristics and hard characteristics in the compressionprocess. Secondly, taking the shearing test of OX and OY can get the material shearing performance. Analyse different characteristics of the sample shearing and compression testsof different parameters by the shearing test of different amplitudes and conclude the reasons.3. Deduce the metal screen rubber damping materials inherent frequency, accelerationtramsmission rate, and the relationship between the acceleration spectrum density and RMSacceleration response based on the experience formula of dry friction damping materialsviberation characteristics. Make the metal-net rubber damping vibration isolators according tothe design principles of vibration isolators. Get the system inherent frequency andacceleration transmission rate by the sine sweeping frequency test, and get the systemic RMSacceleration response. Certify the formula based on the static test and analyse vibrationcharacteristicof different parameters system.
