A Study On The Changqing Yulin Transit Station Supporting The Project Quality Control

According to the construction factors and process analysis, organization in many aspects and levels analysis, quantitative index and qualitative index method of combining, to scientific analysis of Changqing Oilfield Yulin transit station building and warehouse and other supporting project construction in each stage of the process, including the construction preparation stage, construction stage and acceptance stage, to manage and control of personnel, material, machine, method, environment and information and influence factors of the quality of the project, put forward the concrete quality control measures, to achieve the goal of quality control.At the same time, this paper presents a thorough study of total quality management in the construction process in the specific application, coordinate the quality, cost, schedule control of the contradiction between the theory of project management, so as to explore the beneficial practice and application, suitable to construction quality control of construction project in oil field enterprise and the implementation of standardized operation method which has certain reference function.
