Abstract/Summary:
Because of the advanced CNC machine tools, It has been increasingly common use, especially in the mold, CNC machine tools has become essential to the core processing equipment, its use was a rising trend. However, operating and programming CNC machine tools and cultural qualities of the employees and demanding machining experience, CNC machine operation and also because of the complexity and difficulty of programming, including the factory led to many companies, including CNC machining efficiency is generally not high quality mold, there are many fly in the ointment. Because the ability of CNC machining and programming is seriously lagging behind, resulting in many of my plants have had to die a little more difficult outside the Association to the field, not only a waste of money and time, but also affected my group of normal production. UG-based three-dimensional which improve the quality of CNC programming, CNC machining and mold is to improve the quality of critical and important mold means.In this paper, through several sets of typical automobile mold CNC machining process analysis and the actual process of research, to explore a suitable factory car cover mold CNC machining of new ways to establish coverage for car factory mold and programming of CNC machining process norms, so my factory car cover mold CNC machining into efficient low power, high processing quality and high surface quality on the road to a virtuous circle.This article also cover mold of a typical car’s CNC machining process to make improvements and optimization results show that UG-based three-dimensional mold CNC machining is to improve the quality and processing efficiency of an important tool that can effectively improve the production efficiency and quality of processed products, played a very good effect, and further research should be promoted..
