With rapid economy development, energy crisis causes people’s more and moreattention. Wind-solar electricity-generating system is set up as a new way of powersupply and has huge advantage for resource supply of remote areas. At present, thesystem form is more of a single. Most wind turbines and PV equipments are separatedwhen put use and transported, which has a bad encapsulation and high transportationcost. In this kind of situation, this paper has developed a new type of stand-alonemovable wind-solar complementary integration equipment with oxygen and waterrationing function. The paper finished the results as follows:1. Propose a new idea of a wind-solar complementary electricity-generating systemtaking mobile military square cabinet as a carrier. Integrate the wind powersystem, PV system, control components and user load into the square cabinet toset up a highly automated integration equipment.2. Calculate power of each part and battery capacity by climate data of environmentand the load power capacity, then make equipment selection based on the datasuch as batteries, wind turbine, solar panels and other equipments. Calculate theelectric energy production to prove the capacity can meet the requirements.3. Design the mechanical of wind and PV power system. The wind power system isconsist of handing device and electric lifting lever. PV system is based on linearactuator, completing missions by3layers push-pull type array. Designing thestructure of the square cabinet, and using Solidworks simulation to analyse thestress situation of PV support to make sure the reliability can fit the requirements.4. Considering the electrical control technology, developed the control system withPLC as the core, which keeps equipments complete power task efficiently underunattended conditions. Design monitor screen based on configuration software.5. The paper proves the feasibility of this new type of movable system byengineering tests.
