This topic comes from HeilLongJiang province natural science foundationproject.Solar and wind energy resources are very rich in china,developing thewind-light complementary is the best way to develop new energy in our country.Butusing separate power pattern is hard to ensure supply for the user,because of thenatural wind and solar energy has a lot of uncertainty.Monsoon climate in ourcountry just provide the characteristics of the wind and solar power shift, so,wind-light complementary system can develop.Wind and solar hybrid system, at present, still has many problems.Because ofthe low conversion efficiency, unreasonable matching optimization of wind and solarenergy, higher costs of electricity generation,this bottleneck problems make windand solar hybrid technology only applied in the minority area demonstrative projectsin domestic.This issue mainly studies the maximum power point tracking controlstrategy of wind energy and light energy, establishes mathematical model of windand solar hybrid optimal matching based on natural condition,analysis maximumpower output theory of wind and solar hybrid technology deeply in current technicalconditions, researches a kind of matching method to achieve optimum wind andsolar hybrid and an application circuit which is match the genetic algorithm.The design uses the TMS320F2812control chip of DSP to deploy and controlevery part of wind-light complementary system’s power.In order to equate the solarenergy output voltage and wind power output voltage, this issue uses two doublefield tubes lifting and down voltage DC/DC circuit to balance both the outputvoltage.At the same time,using radio frequency module, system sent the rotatingspeed data of the wind driven generator measurement to DSP chip and calculate thisdata.In order to highlight the genetic algorithm application advantages in wind-lightcomplementary system,this thesis improves the traditional genetic algorithm and establishes the mathematical model of solar panels and wind driven generator’spower by using MATLAB, then find the mathematical model of maximum powerpoint.in the end,The issue introduces the application of and advantages in the windpower and solar power generation systems based on genetic algorithm, and makes adetailed description about how to apply the algorithm to the electronic circuit.
