The development of aeroengine is tend to high reliability, high durability, andlow consumption. As the key support parts of the aeroengine mainshaft, the designrequirments of rolling bearing is getting more and more harsh. And the weigherequirement is also harsh. The areoengine main rotor usually uses flexible support andthin-wall squirrel cage support,and it has influenced the bearing’s internal loaddistribution a lot. The main failure mode of areoengine high-speed ang light-loadrolling braring is slip, and how to avoid the high-speed rolling bearing slip failure isbecoming a key issue in areoengine design.Applying the preload on the rolling bearing is a effective method to prevent slipfailure. This paper is based on the rolling bearing quasi dynamics model and rollingbearing slipping mechanism, a calculation method of the cantilever flexible supportbearing under the given conditions is proposed. According to the slip of rollingbearing, the lowest proloading of the cantilever flexible support bearing under thegiven slipping could be acquired.Base on the lowest proloading of the cantilever flexible support bearing method,this paper establishments the calculation program of the lowest preload and silpping ofthe cantilever flexible support bearing, this program is based on Visual Basic program.First, this program has accomplished the parametric modeling of the rolling bearingcantilever flexible support and the shaft system, and accomplishes the secondarydevelopment of the Solidworks. This can reduce the design time greatly and satisfy thesubsequent calculation required. Secondly, do the contact analysis to the cantileverflexible support bearing with the help of the finite element software, obtain the internalload distribution of the cantilever flexible support bearing under the given workingconditions. Realizing the parametric operation of the simulation analysis by APDL,and accomplishes the secondary development of the ANSYS. Finally, through theMATLAB and combins with the rolling bearing slipping calculation method, obtainsthe lowest proload of the cantilever flexible support bearing.The program has achieved the integration of the Visual Basic、Solidworks、ANSYS and MATLAB, and makes the analysis of the cantilever flexible supportbearing easier.
