Rolling bearings are important mechanical basic components working inmovement transmission and load bearing, which is widely used in various machineryand devices such as transportation vehicles, machine tools and precision instruments. Inorder to meet the different mechanical application requirement, the support way forbearing should be changed according to various requirements, and this difference wouldlead to the internal stress changes in rolling bearing, resulting to excessive vibration andnoise and parts damaged of the rotating machinery in actual working process. Thusinternal stress analysis of bearing should be conducted instead of simplifying thebearing components as rigid body in the condition of low load and low speed. Therefore,it has important theoretical significance and practical value to study the bearingdynamic characteristics under different support way through the simulation method.Firstly, the research status at home and abroad on rolling bearing simulationtechnology are investigated. Consider the6206rolling as the research object, the solutionthe contact problems of the rolling bearing using the finite element method is introducedin detail. On the basis of these work, the finite element model of rolling bearingsupported by hollow shaft and solid shaft are established, respectively. The practicalworking condition is simulated by setting proper boundary conditions. The interactionstate between each part of the rolling bearing is simulated by setting contact pairs, andthen the dynamic simulation of rolling bearing is obtained.Secondly, the rules of the movement, distribution of stress and the change rules forcontact stress are obtained according to the dynamic property of bearing with differentsupport ways. Meanwhile, the corresponding similarities and differences of its dynamicproperty with different support pattern are also discussed, and the following conclusionsare received.The stress of components in operation is greatly different. The force of rollingelement bears is largest, followed by outer ring, inner ring and retainer, and the stressvariation of retainer is most intense; The larger stress appears in the contact zoneformed by rolling element,inner ring and outer ring; Contact stress exists on the contactsurface in the form of oval, mainly concentrated in the contact zoneļ¼Œand it is lager incertain depth below the surface of the contact,centered on where contact stressgradually decay; The motion curve of component changes while the bearing is supported by the hollow shaft bearing, which eventually lead to the variation of internalforce; In the non-bearing area, the internal contact stress of bearing in the support ofhollow shaft changes more intensely than in the support of solid shaft. It shows that thestate of stress variation in the non-bearing area must be considered when the internalload of bearing is analyzed under different support way. The distribution of internalload changes with the variation of support way, thus the effect of support way should beconsidered when the mechanical characteristic of bearing is studied.At last, vibration performance of transducer box is researched under differentworking conditions and support methods using experimental measurement, and theresults shows that vibration of the rigid support is more severe than the condition ofunder flexible support.
