In residential building of cold area, the dissipation of building energyconsumption contains more and more energy consumption through the window.Windows has become the focus of building energy efficiency. The nationalstandard(JGJ26-2010), promulgated in2010, put forward higher request on heattransfer coefficient of windows in cold region. The research on energy savingwindow is urgent. This dissertation is going to find ways to conform to the newstandards through my research.Firstly, this paper is going to analyze and sum up the problems of windowswhich used in residential building in Harbin area. Secondly, through changing thestructure of isulating glass system and choosing reasonable hardware materials ofwindows appeared in the market, to get different simulation schemes. Finally, utilizing the software of WINDOW6.3and THERM6.3to simulate the heat transferprocesses of different schemes so as to find several schemes can meet the demand ofnew standard (JGJ26-2010). At the same time, analysing the effect of LOW-E filmand rare gas to the heat transfer coefficient of glasses and windows. To compare theproposals through different aspects such as the physical properties of structuralsection and windows so as to find the best solution with comprehensiveperformance.Through the above study, we can see that using low-e glass and filled withargon, the66C PVC window、the70A PVC window and the58FRP window canmeet the requirements of the heat transfer coeffic ient, and the comprehensiveperformance of66C is the best. The heat transfer coeffic ient of isulating glass system with LOW-E film andfilled with argon is lower than that of isulating glass structure without argon by15%;The heat transfer coefficient of the edge glass was reduced by9%~10%; And theheat transfer coeffic ient of PVC window was reduced by9%the heat transfercoefficient of FRP window was reduced by7.8%.
