The infrared spectrometer is very closely with many areas such as national life,scientific research, industrial production. It is a very important class of analyticalinstrument. In the test of material composition and structure, it play an important role.And relative to other physical or chemical method, it`s fast, nondestructive, sampleless. However, it need to be improved in dynamic performance, wavelength range.This paper is to solve this problem, aimed at developing a high-speed, wide-bandhigh-speed infrared spectrometer.According to the basic principles of the spectrometer, this paper selected blazedgrating as dispersion component, vertical symmetric Ebert-Fastie structure as opticalsystem model and256elements uncooled PbSe linear array as detector. This systemconsists hardware and software, the hardware can be divided into optical system andcircuit system. The beam through the silt and the chopper turn to the alternating lightsignal, then through into the optical system by collimation, spectral, imaging finalprojection to the detector array. Detector maintains steady temperature bythermoelectric cooler controlled by microprocessor. The current from detector flowover the preamplifier, the band-pass filter and amplifier circuit, then achieve by theacquisition card. Finally this card transfer data to remote PC by PC104.The software part includes embedded program running in MCS-51and theprogram running on the PC104and the PC written by LabVIEW. Microcontrollerprogram complete temperature control of the detector, bias conversion and thesynchronizing signal for the capture card. The program written by LabVIEWachieves the data acquisition, data processing, data transmission, display and storage.In the end, this paper analyses the calibration of the spectrometer minutely,selectseveral different wavelengths of laser to calibrate data. Ultimately, calibrate thewavelength of the spectrometer by the least square method, finish the high-speed testfor1-5infrared spectrum.
