Hydraulic transport which one have flexible mode of driving and good adaptability ofenvironment, now more and more used in the complex engineering wok. But in the tunnelconstruction work, especially about energy transmission, hydraulic transport is not veryuniversal. In this dissertation, used tunnel driving as a background and combined with thelatest hydraulic control technology, we built the structure modeling of hydraulic transport,design the hydraulic system of suspension and leveling control system, then we completedthe computer simulation experiments about this system.There are two important points in this paper, one is the building of3d modeling forsuspension, which one have three rotational degree of freedom, the other is based on thefuzzy PID controller, designing and simulation of the control system with computer. Thewhole research progress contains following steps:(1)Research the environment of tunneland the characteristics of hydraulic transprot, then summarize some special requirementsfor transport in tunnel. And uesd it as a basis to bulid structure modeling and anslysis thestress and strain.(2)According to the levelling repuirements for tunnel enginneeringvehicle, design the hydraulic system for suspension and select the hydraulic component.(3)Bulid the mathematical modeling for the hydraulic system of suspension and deducethe transfer function for each part.(4) Research of commonly used controller, chooseappropriate control rules, complete the structure design for controller and parametersetting.(5)Combined with the mathematical model of tunnel enginneering vehiclesuspension and tow kinds of controller,using the computer simulation software MATLABcompleted experiment. Then use typical signal as input, we anaslysis and compare thedifferent system,one use PID controller and the other use fuzzy PID controller. Providesreference for the design of the actual work.
