As the input of production and construction standard is increased, engineeringmachinery will play a more and more important role in the construction. The type ofengineering machinery with proprietary intellectual property rights needs to be advancedboth in quantity and quality. Therefore, the development of mechanical equipmentwhich possesses the proprietary intellectual property rights is one of the fundamentalguarantees to enhance the comprehensive national strength and to realize from “made inChina” to “Created in China”, also is key field of mechanical engineering in the12thFive-year Plan. The synthesis of mechanism can not only optimize the originalmechanisms, but also invent and create the new mechanisms.The topological graph synthesized by the software is transformed into thecorresponding kinematic chain graph, based on their relationship of the one-to-onecorrespondence. Then, according to the characteristics of the work equipment of loader,the drive and the main components such as the rack, driving part, end effector of themechanism should be determined for the kinematic scheme of the mechanism.Mechanism synthesis which enriches the structure type of the planar mechanism,provides a theory basis for the structural creation.A common approach for the performance analysis and evaluation of the mechanismsynthesized, convenient for selecting the mechanism with the good property, reasonablesize, well applied to the practical engineering is proposed in this paper.Each loop can be viewed as a kinematic transformer unit in the multiloopmechanism because of the linear relation between the adjacent loops by which outputparameter is passed on to the effector end. The whole mechanism or any loop can beregarded as an instantaneous girder under the circumstances that the value of the eachdrive is given, and the other components of the mechanism are to have a certain positionvalue. Based on the relationship of input and output in the system, the kinematic analysismodel is abstracted into the model of system diagram. The kinematical transformer unit is seen as the basic link of the system. The solution of whole mechanism can directly,automatically and efficiently call the computational process of every loop programmed inthe MATLAB interface. Velocity analysis of the loop is obtained by differentiated theposition equation. The transformation of velocity is fulfilled by calling the relationship ofthe velocity between adjacent loops.
