With the vigorous development of tourism,most of tourism planning is economicoriented,therefore in the process of tourism planning have some problem to besolved.For example,serious damage to the environment,imperfect tourism productsystem,poor systemic tourism infrastructure,tourism industry chain drive is not strong,the whole of the tourism planning is weak and so on. Greenway with its characteristics oflinear,connectivity,accessibility,destined to become an important type of greeninfrastructure of people travel and daily leisure activities,is not only beneficial to solvethe problems occurring in the process of tourism planning environment, to promote thedevelopment of tourism at the same time also played an important role.This paper use tourism, recreation, behavioral psychology and landscape relatedtheory as the methods,basic on the concept of recreation and greenway,put forward thedefinition,function and classification of recreational greenway.In the core part of thispaper,a proposal was put forward on through the recreation greenway building a networkby connecting the recreation resources such as natural,historical heritages and science andtechnology with recreational greenways.Using recreation greenway network to compositevarious function such as ecological protection,recreation,and traffic.The paper based onthe literature summarized to selected the evaluation indicators of each types,and use theentropy weight method to determine the weight of each index,and evaluate each factor,grading factors to select a node.Using gravity model calculates the attraction between eachnode size,according to the strength of gravity connect the node resources and finallyconstitute the greenway network.Then,use Qin Huangdao as an example,analysis andevaluate the recreation resources include natural resources,cultural resources and scienceand technology resources.Use the entropy weight method to select the appropriate noderesources.In the end use gravity model to connect various nodes to form the QinHuangdao recreational greenway network.
