Differential pressure control is one of the important means to reducecross-infection in hospital, but in terms of the designing and debugging, or in thetransformation, realizing the pressure gradient has become more difficult problem.Proposed a method which air can be as a whole object of study to implemented thedesigning, calculation and debugging of distribution of pressure gradient is the problemto be solved.Therefore this thesis commenced a systematic study, based on the networkmodel analysis,establishing an air associated model of outpatient buildings used tocalculate, analysis and revealed the relationships of air between different rooms andregions. And this paper also proposed debugging method and priority strategy indemonstrating an example of calculations with different situations.First, this paper analyzes the outpatient function, hospital infection and theclassification of departments’differential pressure, combined the survey results of airassociated in outpatient building of Chongqing with literature content about outpatientbuilding construction, defined the type and nature of the air associated, and summed upthe basic structure of Outpatient space layout. Then determine one of the buildingnatural ventilation software for calculation to solve the out-patient room node pressure.Second, basing on the knowledge of graph theory, this paper established the conceptof air associated model and the associated channel. Using the principle of solving fluidventilation network calculation realized a numerical simulation of the flow of air insideand outside the building, and solved the pressure value of the room nodes by thesoftware of calculation the loop pipe network hydraulic and analysis the hydraulicconditionsThen, there is an three simple outpatients building example in this paper, by usingthis calculated method without considering the influence of outdoor wind, this exampleis used to illustrated the designing, debugging, and transformation during differentialpressure control design.Finally, in order to get the outdoor wind influence on the design of the indoorpressure difference analysis, using CFD simulation method obtained the pressuredistribution of outdoor wind farm, and convert the outdoor wind pressure intoimpedance of virtual tributary,and put them into the calculation models by differentdebugging. After analysising the influence on room pressure differential. This paper conclusion an important conclusions that designer should be ensure the externalstructure impedance greater than the convert impedance.In this thesis, the analysis method about air pressure differential association byusing the air associated model is the same applies to the space of differential pressurecontrol requirements and such relatively closed similar to outpatient buildings, there hasa strong engineering value on designing, debugging, and transformation.
