Rotating machinery has become the key equipment in the enterprise, the vibrationanalysis for its operating status is the most effective means for garantieren its long-termand stable operation. Holographic technology is both the information fusion:①homologous multi-channel information fusion;②fusion the amplitude, frequency,phase information of signal. Therefore, the holographic analysis method based oninformation fusion technology, can make a precise diagnosis of complex rotatingmachinery fault. The traditional holospectrum analysis based on stationary signal, notapplicable variable speed conditions. But at present, many of rotating machineryoperating at variable speed operating conditions, such as variable speed turbine, variablespeed wind turbines, etc. This paper mainly studies the holospectrum analysis ofvariable speed operating conditions, FT refinement correction order holospectrumanalysis proposed, using the order tracking extracted rotating machinery harmoniccomponents of speed. The main works of this paper are as follows.Analysis the mechanism of common rotor failure, describes the correspondingholographic analysis feature with various fault. On the basis of traditional2Dholospectrum principle, proposed the holospectrum calculation process with speedsignal and without speed signal, research and analysis of several spectrum correctionanalysis methods, and compared the methods through the analysis of simulated signals.Aiming at the problem that cannot use traditional method to extract ordercomponents when speed fluctuation, order tracking be introduced to the holospectrumanalysis, a calculation of the speed curve is achieved using first order digital differentialmethod and the lease square of five points three times smoothing approach, orderresampling by composite order tracking method. Calculate more precision phase andamplitude of every order by FT zoom correction method from resampled signal, andthen get the order holospectrum. The analysis of simulation and analysis of flexiblerotor’s vibration signal are presented to demonstrate that the effectiveness of themethod.Research at home and abroad rotor orbit purification methods, on the basis ofcomprehensive analysis of all the advantages and disadvantages of axis orbitpurification method, selected a method that axis orbit purification based on EEMD.Compared with the result of EMD and EEMD by the simulation analysis, through an example to prove that the EEMD purified orbit more effective reflect failurecharacteristics than EMD. Introduced3-D holospectrum and holospectrum fall principle,proposed the3-D holospectrum calculation process with speed signal and without speedsignal.Finally, on the basis of theoretical studies, a holographic analysis system forrotating machinery is developed, with VC++based on the multi-document, and verifiedthe effectiveness and engineering application of the system by examples.
