Feeder automation is an important part of the distribution network automation. Themost common and important feeder terminal device in the feeder automation system isthe feeder terminal equipment FTU, in feeder automation it has played a role of dataexchange which connecting Primary equipment with distribution master. FTU monitorand control breakersub-switches and column load switch in the feeder system, andprovide the data of running and monitoring for the power distribution master, andexecute the master command and regulation and control equipment. In general, FTUshould have condition monitoring,accident detection,accident location,transfering dataand control the switching action.Traditional feeder terminal access is configuring information points table with themaster station,using the101/104communication protocol,and transfer the transmissionof the terminal data through the match point table.But feeder structure,capacity oftenchange,so we need to re-establish a new information point table which met feederautomation system after the change.With IEC61850widely used in digital substation,itscommunication protocols and a self-describing data model for equipment have laid thefoundation for the Intelligent access of feeder terminal.Firstly,The article analyzes the content of IEC61850communicationsystem,object-oriented modeling idea,then analyzes feeder automation communicationsand the status of terminal access,we create the functional model of the FTU andIntroduct logical relationship between each logical node,in the same tine we alsoachieve the information exchange between terminal and process,terminal andterminal,terminal and master by information flow model layer.Secondly,the Article analysis the differences and relations between the SCL ofFeeder Terminal model and CIM of distribution master model. They are inconsistentboth in the content of the data model and data model structures,so the main Method isthat research the logical node data model of feeder terminal device and measurementpackage data model,protection package data model, we find the data which the twomodel all needs, we convert the data which distribution master station needs from thedata model of the feeder terminal to the data model of distribution master by the way ofthe data node mapping. At the same time,a part of the class from Measurement packageand protection package mapping from the feeder topology model. Thirdly, the Article put forward a method of feeder terminal smart access. Thispaper takes advantage of resource definition mechanism and resource motivatingmechanism of IED interchangeability principle,and establish the association betweenthe the demand resource objects and producting resource object through the IP addressof the object of producting resources which comes from the GIS system,GIS system canachieve real-time update for feeder topology of the distribution master,it provides thenecessary original model for integration of the data model. The whole process is dividedinto the determination of the resource objects,the association of resource objects,theestablish of feeder topological model,the connection of resource object and theconversion of the data model.Finally,we use interchangeable functional components to build intelligent accessplatform of feeder terminal,and analysis the process of the reading of the data modeland conversion process of data model,my paper verify the feasibility and effectivenessabout the method.
