| Powder granular materials is widely used in industry, powder particle material hasthe dual characteristics of the fluid and solid, but also has a large number of differentspecial nature from the solid and fluid, so, the physical properties of powder particles iscomplexity, it is recognized as a typical representative of the new complex problems inthe physics system, the complexity of powder particle material has brought greatchallenges to industrial control applications.Slimline metal tube powder particles compaction in my research is the difficultiesin production of initiating explosive devices, in the powder charge technicalrequirements require: high powder density, consistent density uniformity, and highefficiency, that is, in the case of the powder charge satisfy powder density anduniformity, as far as possible to improve charging efficiency; and in the process ofcharging which largest impact powder density, uniformity and longest process iscompaction process, so need to simulated and research the compaction process, anddetermine parameters, insure the compaction process meet requirements.For the complex of slimline metal tube powder particles compaction and theprocess parameters is difficult to determine, in this paper discrete element method isapplied to the slimline metal tube powder particles compaction simulation study, andaccording the characteristics of slimline metal tube powder particles to compactionprocess, choose particle flow code-PFC3D as simulation tool, determine the methodsand steps of slimline metal tube powder particles compaction; For the slimline metaltube powder particles compaction parameters effect on the compact result andcompaction efficiency, on the basis of complete slimline metal tube powder particlescompaction simulation, this paper increase the number of compaction, analysis theinfluence of compaction numbers on the powder particles compacted density; base ofthe best of compaction numbers, my paper change compacted height, analysis theinfluence of compacted height on the powder particles compacted density uniformity.Finally, use the automatic charging device of automation college of ChongqingUniversity as experimental platform, verification experimental the simulation ofslimline metal tube powder particles compaction, in the context of fixed powderparticles quantity, test the influence of different compaction parameters on density anduniformity, the experimental results show that the discrete element method can preferable simulate slimline metal tube powder particles compaction; when Usingdifferent compaction parameters, the experimental results are consistent with thesimulation results. |
