Performance Optimization On Units’ Thermal Control To Adapt Automatic Generation Control Of Power Grid

As state’s requirement on automatic generation control in thermal power generating unit,Power Generation Enterprise of Chinese Da Tang Group has launched an campaign specializing in ‘designing target limit’,in order to enhance the exact requirement of generating unit responding to power grid dispatching by the unit running with precise parameters.The quality of regulatory performance of power generating unit,directly reflects if the enterprise unit satisfy the State Grid standard or not.This text based on the study of 200 MW capacity generating unit of Dou He power plant,and analyzed its equipment structure,further conducted logic design with domestic relatively advanced controlling theory at present.Proceed to a series of type such as feed forward parallel,preanalysis,estimated calculation,experience controlling etc,prioritize and coordinate the automatic function of control system.Finally the control system index of automatic generating unit was evaluated to have increased a great deal and meet the requirement of the grid to control thermal power generating unit.During the project study and experiment,this text analyzed the unit design,logic configuration,commissioning and test results,discussed the problems discovered and related solution,both of which prove the control system of automatic generating unit has promotional value among similar types of units.
