| The promotion and application of metering heating has effectively improved theproblem in heating, such as poor heating quality, high energy consumption, difficultheating charges, which has great significance in economic development of China, theimprovement of people’s living standards and social stability. It urgently needs to besolved that how to adjust the heat source and pipe network to adapt metering heatingtechnology in China. The paper has conducted a mathematical model based on theapplicability of the regulation method for measuring heating system, and analysesboth comfort and economy using theoretical calculations. The mainly conclusions asfollows:The regulation of active qualitative regulation with passive qualitative regulation,active qualitative regulation with passive qualitative regulation by grading changepump working sets, and grading change water supply temperature with passivequalitative regulation are suitable for the regulation of household-based heat meteringsystem.When the primary and secondly heating systems adopt grading change watersupply temperature with passive qualitative regulation, the scope of the indoortemperature is smallest. If primary heating systems adopt active qualitative regulationwith passive qualitative regulation, or active qualitative regulation with passivequalitative regulation by grading change pump working sets, the indoor thermalcomfort cannot meet the user’s requirements.When the primary and secondly heating systems adopt different regulations, perheating unit area energy consumption of transmission and distribution of heat inmetering heating system can change from0.236to1.670kWh/(m2·a), the EHR is0.00227to0.01604. When the primary and secondly heating systems adopt gradingchange water supply temperature with passive qualitative regulation, and pump adoptsdistal constant differential pressure and variable frequency speed control, the energyconsumption of the pump is lowest. If the primary and secondly heating systems adoptgrading change water supply temperature with passive qualitative regulation, the wayof grading change water supply temperature will impact the energy consumption ofpump, and if the relative flow ratio higher than0.3, the temperature higher, the energy consumption of the transmission and distribution of heat is smaller. Only by keepingthe pump running in high efficiency zone, cannot guarantee that the energyconsumption of the pump is lowest. The lowest energy consumption should beensuring as selecting the optimal regulation of heat metering system. |
