Research On Design Of Ecological Industrial Storied Building

Because of the high requirement of the construction, industrial storied buildings,which are less inconvenient than multi-layer industrial buildings, have not been widelyused in resource-rich areas. Even in terms of ecology, no articles were related toindustrial storied buildings. Therefore, this article aims to make a progress in high riseindustrial buildings and enriches futher studies on the building typology ofarchitectural theory.Firstly, the theory of industrial storied buildings should be combined withecological design in the result of the shortage of land and natural resources..Furthermore, industrial storied buildings should be guided by ecological andarchitectural theories and take full advantage of eco-technology to construct anecological balance of high-rise industrial building system, which aims at making thepeople, production, construction and nature a virtuous circle of ecological systems.In addition, the development of eco-design of industrial storied building is basedon the promotion and acceleration of external factors. Specifically, external factorsinclude the powerful country policy mechanisms, the resource constraints,open-minded decisions of clients and promotion of urban agglomeration effects. Underthe action of external factors, the theories of eco-design in industrial storied buildingare summed up in terms of ecology.Furthermore, this article proposes ecological design principles and the strategiesof ecological design from the perspective of spatial design in high rise industrialbuildings. Based on these principles which include the principle of craft, High-efficientproduction, safety, humanization and sustainable development, this article presentsspecific strategies according to high rise industrial buildings. In specifically, thestrategies will be considered from macroscopic urban space to microcosmic interiorproduction space and from exterior to interior.Finally, in terms of eco-technology of industrial storied buildings, utilization ofclean energy, sustainable development perspective, industrial storied building`ecological technology strategies are proposed. Which include economy, technicalcompatibility, environment and quantum principles. And coming from outside environment ecology and inside ecology, make a tall industrial building ecologicaltechnology strategy.In conclusion, in this article, co-design of high rise industrial buildings arediscussed from the perspective of space and eco-tech, respectively, which has asignificant influence on the guidance of high-rise industrial building design.
