In order to solve the problems of the easy fever, easy to corrosion, contact resistance easy to change on grid power connectors effectively, the main mission of this paper is to develop a new type of conductive film-former based on the polyimides. In the research of the factors on the technology and optimizing the formula, provide the reference for the practical application of this technology.This paper analyzes the correlation of the power connector in different surface treatment methods, and according to the basic theory of contact resistance we can confirm that the conductive film-former of the fundamental effect is to protect connector of surface contact spot from corroding. However the traditional methods can protect the contact spot inadequately and it can’t effectively keep contact resistance stability in a relatively low level. So in this paper put forward the type of conductive polyimides to solve the problem.In the test the type of conductive polyimides about conductive principle is to be analyzed, and put the PMDA-ODA type polyimide as the main raw material to use. Make the copper-copper lap mode in use and design a simple test clamping device. Make sure the main evaluation index of the conductive film-former:evaporativity a, the rate ξ0, the rateξ1, the rate ξ2.The type of conductive polyimides has not applied to power connectors’field, so in early primary exploratory test the aim is to improve the electric properties. And make the related test for successful exploratory experiment; according to the different evaluation index build multiple linear regression equation. Obtain the influence of the different factors to the degree of the evaluation index. Lay the foundation of the optimization of the formula for a further test.From the effective results of the early test, take the orthogonal design method in optimizing the test formula. Considering the interaction of the factors, use the5factors and4levels_L16(45) table to make the orthogonal experiment. According to the evaluation index of the test, take the methods of comprehensive balance method, repeat experiments variance and orthogonal polynomial regression into analysis. Ascertain the optimal formula. Finally take a verification test and make contrast with other different surface treatment methods in saline soaking test.
