As the core component of the electro-hydraulic servo system, servo valvehas widely used in aerospace which requests for fast and accurate response andpower control applications. Machining and assembling of precision parts greatlyimpact the performance of the servo valve, among them, the grinding of slidevalve is the key factor of the servo valve production. The most advanced methodis grinding with fluid processing, but each spool valve must be dubugged todetermine whether qualified or not. In order to improve the manufacturingefficiency of the servo valve, the quality of the spool valve should be evaluatedafter the end of the grinding.The paper cleared the principle of spool valve grinding, got the basiccharacteristic of grinding curve, and then analyzed the key performanceindicators of the servo valve. Acquired the main processing error factors of theperformance indicators through gray relational analysis method. Established themodel of the double flapper-nozzle servo valve with AMESim. Among them, theparameters of spool valve can be independently set in parameter mode, then gotthe flow rate, pressure and leakage curve. The acceptable parameter range can bedetermined by national military standard and servo valve test standardBased on the principle of fluid grinding unit, simulated the measurementprocess with the AMESim simulation model. Respectively, set the measuredslide valve machining parameters as the range of parameters required to meet theperformance of the qualified valve, get different overlap measurement curve.Defined a series of parameters to describe the curve characteristics, found therelationship between the valve parameters and curve characteristic parameters.Finally, experimented on the actual slide valve grinding. Tracked the slide valvein each group to the entire valve debugging experiment, got the correspondingentire valve features. Verificatd and analyzed the results that the experimentsshowing. Experimental results show that simulation assessment model is re liableand meet the production needs.
