With the development of science and technology, more and more AutomatedGuided Vehicles were used in the production workshop. Automated GuidedVehicle is also known as the AGV. During operation, all energy consumption comesfrom battery, Therefore, in the course of using, it needs regularly power supplying.Currently, the main charging type was in-line charging, there are some defects ofthis method, such as easy to wear, low reliability and high cost.In order to solve the above problems, this subject researched a new way ofcharging, that is, wireless charging. Using the wireless charging technology enablesthe charging port and the energy storage system of AGV to achieve electricalisolation, it can virtually eliminate the disadvantages of in-line charging method, and further improve the degree of automation of the charging process.Firstly, based on the theory of resonant, this article studied the mechanism ofresonant wireless power transmission technology, analyzed the coupled circuitmodel by the circuit theory, and studied the influence between the changing ofoperating frequency and energy receiving end of the natural frequency and thesystem’s transmission characteristics. According to the circuit parameters of thesystem, changes of the operating frequency and output requirements, the simulationcalculations has been done for determining the actual system design principles. Then the hardware and software design of the entire system has been describedin detail. According to design specifications, the wireless charging device’s overalldesign scheme could be determined. The electrical system, the transmission part ofthe wireless, closed loop feedback system, as well as energy transmitter and thereceiver control system and other functional modules has been introduced further. Finally, the open-loop and closed-loop transmission characteristics of thesystem have been done the experimental research. Respectively in the two controlstate, the relationship between the change of the energy transmitter and receiververtical distance and horizontal distance and transmission efficiency is analyzed. This system uses a phase-shifted power control method, by the way of controllingthe full-bridge inverter circuit’s phase angle between the ahead of the bridge armsand lagging the bridge arm to control the output power, the charging voltage andcurrent. The experimental results show that the transmission characteristics of thesystem could well meet the design requirements.
